1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

• By signing up, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

 

2. Account Registration

• Users must create an account to access free and paid plans.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Accounts are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.

 

3. Services Provided

• Upload and manage content documents.

• Import and manage subscriber lists.

• Create and send newsletters.

• Automate campaign flows.

• Generate marketing content using AI models.

• Connect with third-party integrations (e.g., analytics, email delivery, productivity tools).

 

4. Plans and Pricing

• We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

• Pricing, features, and limitations are displayed at the time of purchase.

• Additional top-ups may be available to extend usage (e.g., subscribers, email sends).

• Top-ups are recurring and billed along with the main plan.

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

 

5. Billing and Payments

• Aida follows 2 types of plans.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on the chosen plan.

  • Credit based billing based on the usage needs by user.

• Top-ups align with the billing cycle of the main subscription.

• Credit top-ups are initiated by the users, as and when they need it.

• If payment fails, access to the Service may be restricted or suspended.

• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

• Refunds must be requested within 7 days of billing via aidacare@aidanow.info.

 

6. User Content and Responsibility

• You retain ownership of all content you upload, import, or create within the Service.

• By uploading content or importing subscriber data, you grant us a limited license to process and deliver such content solely for providing the Service.

• You are fully responsible for:

  • Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws.

  • Obtaining valid consent from subscribers before adding them.

  • Not sending spam, abusive, illegal, or malicious content, including phishing links or deceptive redirects.

• Aida is not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage caused by content you send through the platform, including but not limited to phishing links, fraudulent content, or any unlawful communications.

 

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• Aida uses AI models to assist with content creation.

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for your intended use.

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content.

• We disclaim liability for any inaccuracies or consequences from AI-generated content.

 

8. Third-Party Integrations

• Use of third-party tools may be subject to their terms and policies.

• We are not responsible for downtime, limitations, or failures caused by third-party providers.

• You must ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws when using integrations.

• By enabling integrations, you consent to data transfer to the third party.

 

9. Acceptable Use

• Do not send unsolicited bulk email (spam).

• Do not upload viruses, malicious code, or unlawful material.

• Do not violate third-party intellectual property rights.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the Service.

• Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

 

10. Compliance with Laws

• Comply with applicable data protection and anti-spam laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, Indian IT Act).

• Aida does not guarantee compliance on your behalf.

 

11. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.

• Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated.

• Upon termination, you have 30 days to export/download content before permanent deletion.

• Early deletion requests can be sent to aidacare@aidanow.info.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

• Aida is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camp Automation Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or distribute through the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, phishing links, deceptive redirects, or fraudulent content.

• Aida expressly disclaims responsibility for any harm, loss, or damage suffered by you, your subscribers, or third parties as a result of such content being sent through the platform.

 

13. Modifications to Service and Terms

• We may update these Terms and notify users via the website.

• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

 

14. Disclaimer

• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• AI-generated suggestions and third-party integrations are “as available” without warranty.

• Use of the Service is at your own risk.
