  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use.

  • We retain user and subscriber data for as long as your account is active.

  • Upon termination, personal and subscriber data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days, unless longer retention is required by law.

  • Certain records may be retained up to 7 years for legal, regulatory, tax, or security obligations.

  • Backups may retain residual copies for up to 90 days before being overwritten.
